Regulations of the Agricultural Cooperatives in Georgia

Agricultural cooperatives have a huge history in Georgia. Roots of cooperation Georgia date back as early the 19th century. Although, legal regulations agricultural appeared only 2013 when Georgian Law on Cooperatives was created and entered into force 12 July. Before specific provisions for cooperatives, regulation different types existed law Entrepreneurs, however, were general at same time scarce. Due to EU approximation, Entrepreneurs changed new version 1st January 2022. Consequently, part rewritten, hence needs further amendments.
